Restaurant-Pattiserie “Cajupi” – Located on the upper floor of the hotel where amazing views of the stone city are available including the Drinos valley, Cajupi, and up to the Tepelena border. Pattisserie and kitchen staff take particular care in preserving the traditional dishes and tastes. “The Gjirokasra’s cuisine and tradition need a special attention”, says chef Ms. Luljeta. We pay special attention to the selection of products from agricultural gardens and bio products of the area that is known for its good tradition. Besides the taste, the preparation of dishes is done carefully in hope that the client will always remember a culinary presentation of interweaving traditional and modern European cuisine.
